By creating an account or using a demo, landlords agree to use the platform responsibly, keep account details accurate, and avoid publishing false or misleading rental listings.
Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans are billed monthly after the trial. Public listings unlock on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of rental prices, photos, location, availability, and contact details shown publicly.
Verified badges are reviewed and granted by the super admin. A request does not guarantee approval.
Cancellation, duplicate charge, failed collection, and refund requests can be reviewed through support with the relevant payment reference.
Landlords can get help from inside the dashboard or by email. Enterprise customers also receive backend team support and account setup help.
