By creating an account or using a demo, landlords agree to use the platform responsibly, keep account details accurate, and avoid publishing false or misleading rental listings.

Subscriptions

Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans are billed monthly after the trial. Public listings unlock on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Public Listings

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of rental prices, photos, location, availability, and contact details shown publicly.

Verified Badge

Verified badges are reviewed and granted by the super admin. A request does not guarantee approval.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation, duplicate charge, failed collection, and refund requests can be reviewed through support with the relevant payment reference.

Support Center

Help for setup, billing, listings, and account review.

Landlords can get help from inside the dashboard or by email. Enterprise customers also receive backend team support and account setup help.

Account Setup

Get help adding properties, rooms, tenants, caretakers, payment records, and rental listings.

Billing Help

Ask about trial status, subscription payments, cancellations, refunds, or failed payment collections.

Verified Badge Requests

Landlords can request review. The super admin approves or declines verified badge status.
