RentLedger UG sells monthly landlord software subscriptions in Uganda Shillings for property, tenant, rent, receipt, expense, staff, and vacancy management.
Accepted Payments
Starter is USh 50,000/month and Professional is USh 120,000/month after the 7-day free trial. Payments can be collected by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or Visa / Mastercard through Pesapal checkout.
Cancellation
Landlords can request cancellation before the next billing date from in-app support or by email. Cancelled subscriptions remain usable until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds & Disputes
Duplicate charges, failed collections, and incorrect subscription charges are reviewed when reported with the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Data Privacy
Landlord, tenant, property, and payment records are used to operate the account, provide support, and secure access. RentLedger UG does not sell landlord or tenant records.
